When I have time to read the paper, I can usually find an image that begs to be altered. I mean, LOOK at all that (formerly) empty space in the picture! What choice did I have?
I like the clean cuts on the body parts especially the torso's waist. This picture would have been gruesome with blood and intestines all spilling out but instead it's funny. That's the magic of cartoons.
