The other night I laid there thinking "why can't I just fall asleep like normal people?" Alas, the brain it does churn. Although I do admit, thoughts of Paris never dance in my head. But that may be because I don't own a television.
What I mean is, I feel your pain.
But remember: Resistance is never futile.
Yeah, man, I'm with Devon. What's up with those anonymous folks? They cain't possibly think they're cool. I mean, goin' 'round bein' all rude and not even sayin' your name. Shit, man.
I'd like to think that it is not the majority of people that are so wrapped up in all the bullshit news Paris. Maybe it's just the entertainment industry pandering to the lowest common denominator. But then again i believe in rainbow unicorns also.
Of course it is not a bad idea to be aware of the current popular trends in the media, just to keep tabs on things in a sociological sense. Not having a TV is a form of isolation, not to mention a line that itellectuals or wanna be's like to drop. No offense intended to Lori, Honestly.
