Thems old folks. Yes. They know their shit. They can see the downfall of our civilization in progress cuz, um, you know, they have a basis of comparison. Memory of an earlier time. Us stupid, foolish folks stuck in the middle of the end of civilization. We don't know no better.
I must say that it is not always true...I teach computer classes for senior citizens (and please let me preface by saying the I LOVE IT and it is a real treat to bring many of them up to speed with tabbed searching) but sometimes....my favorite things: when the try to use the mouse like a tv remote or try to physically put the mouse on the monitor...usually we've move beyond that by the second class, but sometimes....

oh, and I feel compelled to say that I have not yet seen a nipple in my Senior Surfing class :)
