Judge

Who is judging you? Does their judgement carry any weight? How did they get in that position? Do you respect their opinion? Or do you only imagine that you are being judged? Is the judge a projection of something inside of your psyche?

oh, we get judged here at the library and the judgement definitely carries weight. I really have no idea how this person "ascended" to such a position as this person cannot perform any but the most simple of the tasks this person passes judgement on....but I'm not bitter.

I don't care who's judging me, or if the judgement carries any weight, or how I got in this position, or their opinion, or if it's my imagination or a projection of my psyche - as long as she remembers the "safe word."

Wow, that is mind-blowingly cool, that drawing of the inner judge we all have and fear and who has so much power (where, indeed, did that power come from?) Gestalt Psychotherapy (or Emotion Focused) speaks to this.

Right now, my judges are the stupid internship sites I applied to. They're mean.

That inner judge stuff we all give too much power to seems the very definition of nasty darkness tainting an otherwise joyful light. Is it an incarnation of the 'forbidden fruit' concept? I wonder.
Meanwhile, don't feed it and it will die.
(oh, it seems to eat equal doses of nasty and fright sprinkled with punishment and rolled in sugary belief).
mmmm, yum.

I'll be the judge of that.

Judge not, lest ye be judged.

Nice drawing, but who's judging.

Here come da judge! Here come da judge!
Da court’s in session, da court's in session and here come da judge!
