In case you were wondering who it is that you have to talk to on the phone when you need information, or to schedule an appointment, or to get some kind of service, THIS is the guy. He isn't very helpful.

That same guy has made me climb under my computer to unplug things one too many times!!!
Oh yeah ! That guy.
Talked to him...letsee here, what was it? 2 weeks ago? No, there were 2 of them! (A male and a female). Shuttled me from department to department before finally referring me to a nice dead-end. Nice.
Whatever he's rubbing on that wall - mixed media it ain't.
