So, I went to an orthopedic surgeon today, and he says that I have a "fairly massive" tear of my left medial meniscus. It looks like surgery will most likely be the next stop on this train ride to the grave.
I drew this, but I pretty much copied it from a medical illustration I found online.

My perscription is a rub of WD-40, Duck Tape bandage, JD shot.

how did you tear it?
Uggh...I originally injured it almost 10 years ago when I was attempting to get into the full lotus position to meditate one night. (God, that's embarassing) and I never got it looked at. Since then it's been a bit unstable, and I've re-injured it once or twice. This time all I did was twist awkwardly.
thats really shitty. sorry to hear. I hate long lasting injuries especially ones that involve joints, the worst kind. I hope you recover soon.
